Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk busana pesta anak dengan menerapkan pada teknik kanoko shibori dan memperoleh penilaian estetika teknik kanoko shibori pada busana pesta anak berdasarkan teori estetika A.A.M Djelantik meliputi aspek/indikator wujud atau rupa, bobot atau isi, dan penampilan atau penyajian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre-experimental design, one shot case study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket yang diberikan kepada 5 panelis untuk memberikan nilai, dengan variabel tunggal yaitu penelitian estetika teknik kanoko shibori pada busana pesta anak berdasarkan indikator wujud/rupa meliputi unsur desain dan prinsip desain, bobot /isi dan penyajian/penampilan. Hasil penelitian estetika berdasarkan aspek penyajian memperoleh nilai sebesar 96 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan Aspek wujud atau rupa memperoleh nilai sebesar 94 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan aspek bobot atau isi memperoleh nilai sebesar 90,1. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian dari ketiga aspek menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata senilai 93,56. Hasil penelitian, dari kelima desain busana pesta dengan teknik kanoko shibori memperoleh nilai tinggi dari kelima desain dengan kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Estetika, Busana Pesta, Busana Anak, Teknik Kanoko Shibori **** This research aims to obtain an aesthetic assessment of the kanoko shibori technique in children's party clothing based on A.A.M. Djelantik's aesthetic theory including aspects/indicators of form or appearance, weight or content, and appearance or presentation. This research method uses quantitative descriptive with a pre-experimental design approach, one shot case study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument given to 5 panelists to provide scores, with a single variable, namely research on the aesthetics of the kanoko shibori technique on children's party clothing based on form/appearance indicators including design elements and design principles, weight/content and presentation/appearance. The overall aesthetic research results based on aspects of form, weight or content and appearance or presentation obtained a score of 96 in the very good category. Based on the aspect of form or appearance, it received a score of 94 in the very good category. Based on the weight or content aspect, it received a score of 90,1 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the appearance or presentation aspect received. Overall the research results from the three aspects showed very good results with an average of 93.56. The results of the research showed that the five party clothing designs using the kanoko shibori technique received high marks from the five designs in the very good category.
