Abstract

ABSTRAK Bayu Ciputra Satrio: Analisis Model Bisnis Kanvas Pada Industri Menengah Di PT Kurnia Mustika Lestari Masa New Normal Covid-19. Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis model bisnis kanvas pada industri kecil PT Kurnia Mustika Lestari masa new normal covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya perusahaan melakukan inovasi model bisnis kanvas yang efektif bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian rancangan strategik. Lokasi atau tempat penelitian di perusahaan wilayah Jakarta Utara. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan responden kunci dilakukan secara purposive dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pemahaman mengenai strategi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan, pemahaman mengenai kondisi perusahaan; pemahaman mengenai kondisi internal perusahaan; pemahman tentang model bisnis perusahaan; pemahaman mengenai kompetitor utama perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, TOWS analysis, QSPM,dan Business Model Canvas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal menghasilkan alternatif strategi Strength-Opportunity sebagai strategi menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Analisis QSPM menunjukkan hasil bahwa alternatif strategi fokus dalam pengelolaan agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi perseroan dan lebih efesien serta efektif dalam pemanfaatan dan penggunaan biaya operasional memiliki skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan alternatif strategi lainnya. Inovasi model bisnis perusahaan menghasilkan strategi yang berorientasi pada kualitas layanan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta menunjang pencapaian jangka panjang perusahaan dengan lebih terukur. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa new proposed strategy memiliki kelayakan sebagai terfokus dan mengimplementasikan proposed strategy serta mengupayakan terciptanya nilai tambah (value added) yang tidak dimiliki perusahaan pesaing Kata kunci : Model Bisnis, Lingkungan Internal, Lingkungan eksternal, SWOT dan BMC *********************************************************** ABSTRACT Bayu Ciputra Satrio: Analysis Of the Canvas Business Model in Medium Industries at PT.Kurnia Mustika Lestari during the New Normal Covid-19. This thesis discusses the anlysis of the canvas business model in medium industries At PT Kurnia Mustika Lestari during the new normal Covid-19 period. This research aims to explain the company's efforts to innovate the Canvas business model which is effective for the company. This research is a type of strategic design research. Location or place of research at companies in the North Jakarta area. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The selection of key respondents was carried out purposively by considering factors such as understanding the strategy implemented by the company, understanding the condition of the company; understanding of the company's internal conditions; understanding of the company's business model; an understanding of the company's main competitors. The analysis techniques used are internal and external environmental analysis, TOWS analysis, QSPM, and Business Model Canvas. The research results show that the analysis of the internal and external environment produces an alternative Strength-Opportunity strategy as a strategy for using strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. Analysis QSPM shows the results that alternative strategies that focus on management in order to increase revenue for the company and are more efficient and effective in utilizing and using operational costs have a higher score than other alternative strategies. The company's business model innovation produces a strategy that is oriented towards service quality, human resource competency, and supports the company's long-term achievements in a more measurable manner. The results of this research also explain that the proposed new strategy has the feasibility of becoming a blue ocean strategy by remaining focused and implementing the proposed strategy and trying to create added value (value add) that is not owned by competing companies.
