Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan knowledge sharing pada community of practice Trainer di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. untuk mencari tahu apakah pelaksanaan knowledge sharing pada community of practice Trainer sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip community of practice yang baik menurut Wenger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada anggota community of practice trainer Alfamart. Hasil kuesioner nantinya akan interpretasikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Selain itu pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara kepada pengelola program community of practice trainer dengan tujuan untuk memvalidasi data yang didapatkan dari angota komunitas. Hasil setiap prinsip mendapatkan presentase sebagai berikut: Design for evolution 81% (sesuai), Open dialogue between inside and outside perspectives 81% (sesuai), Invite different levels of participation 79% (sesuai), Develop both public and private community space 81% (cukup sesuai), Focus on value 82% (sesuai), Combine familitary and excientement 82% (sesuai), dan Creating a rhythm for the community 80% (sesuai). Secara keseluruhan diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan knowledge sharing berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip community of practice sudah sesuai dengan presentase sebesar 81%. ***** This research aims to describe the implementation of knowledge sharing in communities of practice Trainer at PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. to find out whether knowledge sharing is implemented in the community of practice Trainers are in accordance with the principles of a good community of practice according to Wenger. This research uses a survey method, data collection is carried out through questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques to members of the Alfamart community of practice trainers . The results of the questionnaire will later be interpreted in descriptive form. Apart from that, data collection used interviews with community of practice trainer program managers with the aim of validating the data obtained from community members. The results of each principle get the following percentage: Design for evolution 81% (appropriate), Open dialogue between inside and outside perspectives 81% (appropriate), Invite different levels of participation 79% (appropriate), Develop both public and private community space 81% (quite appropriate), Focus on value 82% (appropriate), Combine familitary and expertise 82% (appropriate), and Creating a rhythm for the community 80% (appropriate). Overall, it is known that the implementation of knowledge sharing based on community of practice principles is in accordance with a percentage of 81%.
