Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penilaian kualitas produk tas selempang dari sepatu yang sudah tidak terpakai sebagai pengalihfungsian produk dengan metode upcycle berdasarkan indikator kualitas produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode Eksperimen pre-eksperimental design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain Pre-eksperimental yang digunakan adalah one-shot case study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket yang diberikan kepada 5 penelis ahli untuk menilai, dengan variable tunggal yaitu penilaian kualitas produk tas selempang dari hasil upcycling sepatu tidak, dalam indikator kualitas produk. Penilaian diukur dengan rating scale. Hasil penelitian pada indikator kualitas produk memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik dengan nilai secara keseluruhan yakni sebesar 90,50%. Hal tersebut mengartikan bahwa penilaian indikator kualitas produk dengan penilaian bentuk, fitur, kualitas kesesuaian, kualitas kinerja, dan gaya yang diterapkan dengan teknik upcycling pada pembuatan tas selempang dari sepatu tidak terpakai telah sesuai. Hasil penilaian dari kelima desain produk memiliki hasil nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh pada desain 2. Desain 2 mendapatkan hasil skor tertinggi dengan presentase 91,20% dengan predikat sangat baik. Dalam hal ini dikarenakan desain 2 memiliki skor lebih unggul dibanding keempat desain lainnya pada indikator kualitas produk meliputi kesesuaian bentuk, kesesuaian fitur dalam produk tas selempang, kesesuaian kualitas produk, kesesuaian kinerja pada produk tas selempang dan keselarasan gaya pada penerapan hasil upcycling kualitas produk tas selempang yang dinilai telah sesuai dalam penerapan teori (Kotler & Keller, 2016). Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Upcycling Sepatu, Tas Selempang ***** This research was conducted to determine the product quality assessment of sling bags from unused shoes as a product diversion with the upcycle method based on product quality indicators. The research method used in this research is the Pre-experimental design experimental method with a quantitative approach. The Pre-experimental design used was a one-shot case study. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument given to 5 expert panelists to assess, with a single variable, namely the assessment of the quality of sling bag products from upcycling shoes on product quality indicators. The assessment was measured by a rating scale. The research results on product quality indicators obtained very good results with an overall score of 90.50%. This means that the assessment of product quality indicators with an assessment of the shape, features, suitability quality, performance quality, and style applied with the upcycle technique in making sling bags from unused shoes is appropriate. The results of the assessment of the five product designs have the highest score obtained in design 2. Design 2 got the highest score with a percentage of 91.20% with a very good predicate. In this case, design 2 has a score that is superior to the other four designs on product quality indicators including suitability of shape, suitability of features in sling bag products, suitability of product quality, quality of performance in sling bag products and compatibility of styles in the application of upcycling resulting in the quality of sling bag products that are considered to be in accordance with the application of theory (Kotler & Keller, 2016).
