Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh dari perceived value, destination image, serta social media marketing terhadap tourist motivation pada Taman Bunga Impian Okura di Provinsi Riau. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan guna untuk menguji pengaruh tourist motivation terhadap visit intention pada Taman Bunga Impian Okura di Provinsi Riau, serta untuk menganalisis apakah perceived value mempengaruhi visit intention melalui tourist motivation, destination image mempengaruhi visit intention melalui tourist motivation, social media marketing mempengaruhi visit intention melalui tourist motivation. Dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden atau sampel penelitian, di mana sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 241 responden. Populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Provinsi Riau yang telah melakukan kunjungan pariwisata dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Adapun dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitif dengan teknik analisis SEM (structural equation model) dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceived value, destination image, serta social media marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tourist motivation. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tourist motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visit intention ******** The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of perceived value, destination image, and social media marketing on tourist motivation at Okura Dream Flower Park in Riau Province. In addition, this research was also conducted to examine the effect of tourist motivation on visit intention at Okura Dream Flower Park in Riau Province, and to analyze whether perceived value affects visit intention through tourist motivation, destination image affects visit intention through tourist motivation, social media marketing affects visit intention through tourist motivation. In collecting data, this study used a survey method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents or research samples, where the sample in this study was determined using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 241 respondents. The population used is the people of Riau Province who have made tourism visits and are at least 17 years old. As for the implementation of this research, it uses a quantitative research approach method with SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques using tools in the form of SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study found that perceived value, destination image, and social media marketing have a positive and significant influence on tourist motivation. In addition, this study also found that tourist motivation has a positive and significant influence on visit intention.
