Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui kepuasan kerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 269 responden dengan sampel penelitian 161 responden yang diambil memanfatkan teknik proporsional random sampling. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang akan diajukan dalam penelitian ini maka teknik analisis kecocokan model yang digunakan adalah SEM (Struktural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan menggunakan program SMARTPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi diantara keduanya. Nilai original sample pengaruh tiga variabel ini adalah 0,406 dan t-statistics sebesar 8.100 > 1.96. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan nilai p-values 0.00 < 0.05 maka variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kepuasan Kerja*****This research aims to determine the results of Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction for State Vocational School teachers in East Jakarta City. This research uses a survey method with a descriptive approach. The population reached in this study was 269 respondents with a research sample of 161 respondents taken using proportional random sampling techniques. To test the hypothesis that will be proposed in this research, the model suitability analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which isoperated using the SMARTPLS 4 program. The results of the study show that workmotivation influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator between both of them. The original sample value of the influence of these three variables is 0.406 and the t-statistics is 8.100 > 1.96. Furthermore, based on p-values of 0.000 < 0.05, the work motivation variable influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect.
