Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak dalam Kebijakan Pendidikan Merdeka Belajar di SMPN 109 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode evaluasi.Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi,wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian meliputi: kepala sekolah, dan tim manajemen SMP N 109 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa evaluasi implementasi sekolah penggerak SMP Negeri 109 dengan menggunakan Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) bahwa penerapan kurikulum sekolah penggerak telah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran, kualitas kompetensi kepala sekolah, kualitas guru, percepatan digitalisasi sekolah dan profil pelajar pancasila. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil Evaluasi Konteks Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP N 109 Jakarta, melalui rapor pendidikan satuan pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi akar masalah (baik dari mutu pembelajaran maupun kualitas sumber daya sekolah), sehingga dapat memetakan output yang perlu diperbaiki. (2) Hasil Evaluasi Input Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP N 109 Jakarta untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, SMP Negeri 109 Jakarta melakukan kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan antara lain mengikut sertakan pendidik/tenaga kependidikan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan pengembangan profesi. (3) Hasil Evaluasi Proses Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP N 109 Jakarta bahwa Kurikulum di SMP Negeri 109 Jakarta tergambar pada kegiatan yang mampu mengembangkan kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan serta dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Peserta didik diharapkan mendapatkan pengalaman bermakna pada konteks global. (4) Hasil Evaluasi Product Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP N 109 Jakarta; Ketercapaian tujun program sekolah pengerak di SMPN 109 Jakarta untuk prestasi yang diperoleh guru dengan adanya program sekolah penggerak salah satunya adalah menjadi praktik baik dalam diberbagai kesempatan. Untuk siswa membentuk mereka menjadi siswa aktif, kreatif dan inovatif. Secara umum tujuan program sekolah penggerak di SMP N 109 Jakarta sudah tercapai sesuai acuan di KOSP. Kata kunci: Implementasi Program, Sekolah Penggerak, SMP Negeri 109 Jakarta ***** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the movement school program within the Independent Learning Education Policy at SMPN 109 Jakarta. The study employs a qualitative, descriptive approach with an evaluation method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study include the principal and the management team of SMPN 109 Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that the evaluation of the implementation of the movement school program at SMPN 109, using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model, shows that the implementation of the movement school program curriculum aligns with the learning objectives to improve the quality of learning outcomes, the competency of school principals, the quality of teachers, the acceleration of school digitization, and the Pancasila student profile. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The evaluation of the Context of the movement school program implementation at SMPN 109 Jakarta shows that through the educational unit report card, the root problems (both in terms of learning quality and school resource quality) can be identified, allowing for the mapping of outputs that need improvement. (2) The evaluation of the Input of movement school program implementation at SMPN 109 Jakarta indicates that to maintain and enhance educational quality, SMPN 109 Jakarta conducts activities to improve the competencies of educators and educational staff, including involving them in professional development activities. (3) The evaluation of the Process of the movement school program implementation at SMPN 109 Jakarta reveals that the curriculum at SMPN 109 Jakarta is reflected in activities that develop attitudes, knowledge, and skills and can be applied in daily life. Students are expected to gain meaningful experiences in a global context. (4) The evaluation of the Product of the movement school program implementation at SMPN 109 Jakarta shows that the program's goals have been achieved, as evidenced by the recognition of teachers and the program’s success as the best practice in various opportunities. For students, it helps them become active, creative, and innovative. Overall, the goals of the movement school program at SMPN 109 Jakarta have been achieved in accordance with the KOSP standards.
