Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah work life balance dan job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenzhip behaviour (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Biro Umum Kementerian “X” dengan sampel sebanyak 105 karyawan yang merupakan sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenzhip behaviour (OCB), 2) Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenzhip behaviour (OCB), dan 3) Work life balance dan job satisfaction secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenzhip behaviour (OCB).**** This study aims to determine whether work life balance and job satisfaction have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the General Bureau of Ministry “X” with a sample of 105 employees which was a saturated sample. This research method is a survey method using a questionnaire and a quantitative approach. This research uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior (OCB), 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior (OCB), and 3) Work life balance and job satisfaction simultaneously affect organizational citizen behavior (OCB).
