Abstract
Penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap Organiational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT A, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organiational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT A, serta pengaruh secara bersamaan iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT A. Penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan PT A sebagai populasi, dengan menggunakan perhitungan besarnya sampel dengan rumus slovin maka di ketahui besarnya sampel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini ialah sebesar 113 orang karyawan PT A. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni Purposive sampling. Data penelitian dihimpun dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner melalui google form yang sebelumnya telah berisi pernyataan yang mewakili variabel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linear dan uji hipotesa. Berdasarkan hasil uji T penelitian diketahui bahwa iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku OCB Karyawan PT A . Kemudian Komitmen organisasi juga diketahui berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap OCB pada karyawan PT A. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui pula secara simultan iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap OCB Karyawan PT A. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bawa iklim organisasi yang positif dan komitmen kerja yang tinggi dirasakan oleh karyawan akan meningkatkan sikap OCB karyawan tersebut. Sehingga perusahaan harus senantiasa melakukan upaya agar iklim organisasi tercipta dengan baik dan peningkatan komitmen karyawan. ***** This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of organizational climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT A employees, to determine the effect and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT A employees, as well as the simultaneous effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT A employees. This study uses PT A employees as a population, using the calculation of the sample size with the Slovin formula, it is known that the sample size used in this study is 113 employees of PT A. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires through google form which previously contained statements that represented the research variables.The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the T test, it is known that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the OCB behaviour of PT A employees, then organisational commitment is also known to have a positive and significant effect on OCB attitudes in PT A employees. Based on the results of the F test, it is also known that simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on the OCB attitudes of PT A employees. From the results of this study, it can be said that a positive organisational climate and high work commitment felt by employees can increase the OCB attitude of these employees. So that the company must always make efforts to create a good organizational climate and increase employee commitment.
