Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media scrapbook berbasis problem based learning untuk meningkatkan minat belajar IPS siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Subjek penelitian yang diambil adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Telajung 03 yang berjumlah 35 siswa serta melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 90,83% dengan kategori sangat baik, hasil uji coba one to one sebesar 98,33%, small group 91,25%, dan field test 91,66% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji efektivitas menggunakan uji n-gain diperoleh hasil 0,85 dengan kriteria tinggi, presentase sebesar 85,48% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media scrapbook dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, serta efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. ***** This research aims to develop scrapbook media based on problem-based learning to increase interest in learning social studies in fourth-grade elementary school students. This research method is a Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The subjects of the study were grade IV students of SDN Telajung 03 which amounted to 35 students and involved media experts, material experts, and linguists. Based on the results of the study, the average feasibility result was 90.83% with the very good category, the results of the one-to-one trial were 98.33%, the small group was 91.25%, and the field test was 91.66% with the very good category. The results of the effectiveness test using the n-gain test obtained a result of 0.85 with high criteria, a percentage of 85.48% which is included in the effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that scrapbook media is declared valid and suitable for use in learning activities in elementary schools, and is effective in increasing students' interest in learning.
