Abstract
Karya tari ini menceritakan tentang sebuah kasus pembunuhan anak yang bernama Angelline pada 16 Mei 2015 di Bali. Dengan tujuan penciptaan tari ini agar tidak terjadi lagi pembunuhan yang sejenis. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan adalah Metode Alma M. Hawkins dari buku Moving From Within: Methode For Dance Making yang diterjemahkan menjadi buku Bergerak Menurut Kata Hati oleh I Wayan Dibia. Hasil penciptaan tari Naeswari memperkaya khasanah koregrafi dengan Motif Gerak keseharian seperti berjalan, duduk, berbaring dan gerak dari teknik tari tradisi Betawi yang akan dikembangkan seperti, blongter yaitu gerak kedua tangan menekuk memegang pundak kanan kiri, kemudiann ada gerak ukel yaitu pergelangan tangan mengukel kedalam. Dipentaskan secara daring karena wabah Covid 19 menyebar di dunia. Penting nya menghormati hak hidup antar manusia selaras dengan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Pasal 27 ayat 2: Tiap-tiap warga negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemnuasiaan. ********************************************************** This dance piece tells the story of a child murder case in 2015 named Angelline in Bali. The dance creation aims to prevent such murder from happening in the future. The creation method used was Alma M. Hawkin's method from her book "Moving From Within: Methode For Dance", which later I WayanDibia translated into "BergerakMenurut Kata Hati." The Naeswari dance creation results enriched the choreography repertoire with daily movement elements such as walking, sitting, and lying down, as well as movements from Betawi traditional dance techniques that would be developed, such as the blongter movement, which is bending both hands to hold the right and left shoulders, and the ukel movement, which is turning the wrist inward. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic spreading across the world, the dance was performed online. The importance of respecting the right to live amongst humans is in accordance with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Article 27, paragraph 2: "Every citizen shall be entitled to work and a living that is decent for humanity."
