Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 261 Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan, terhitung bulan November 2019 hingga Januari 2020. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 261 Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah 190 siswa dan sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan standart proporsional 10% yaitu 95 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan variabel penelitian diantaranya: Lingkungan Keluarga (X1), Lingkungan Sekolah (X2), dan Motivasi Belajar (Y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan diantaranya: Uji Normalitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari Uji Multikolinearitas dan Uji Heterokedasitas. Uji analisis regresi berganda. dan Uji koefisien determinasi. Uji peryaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah mencari persamaan regresi berganda yang Y = 6,142 + 0,620 X1 + 0,269 X2. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan: (i) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan motivasi belajar, (ii) Terdapat hubungan negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar, (iii) Secara simultan terdapat hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan antara Lingkungan keluarga dan Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dorongan dari lingkungan keluarga dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman menghasilkan motivasi belajar yang baik bagi siswa. This research was conducted with the aim to find out there is an influence between the family environment and the school environment on student motivation in SMPN 261 North Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from November 2019 to January 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMPN 261 North Jakarta, amounting to 190 students and the sample was obtained using a proportional standard of 10%, namely 95 students. The sampling technique in this study is the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in this study is by using a questionnaire with research variables including: Family Environment (X1), School Environment (X2), and Learning Motivation (Y). Data analysis techniques used include: Normality Test, classic assumption test consisting of Multicollinearity Test and Heterokedacity Test. Multiple regression analysis test. and Test the coefficient of determination. The requirements analysis test is to find the multiple regression equation Y = 6,142 + 0.620 X1 + 0.269 X2. The results of the analysis show: (i) there is a significant positive influence between family environment and learning motivation, (ii) there is a negative relationship and no significant effect between the school environment on learning motivation, (iii) Simultaneously there is positive relationship and significant influence between the family environment and the school environment on learning motivation. The implication of this research is the encouragement of the family environment and creating a comfortable school environment producing good learning motivation for students.
