Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian dan sikap pendaki pemula dalam program Revolusi Mental. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi 250 orang dengan sampel 91 pendaki yang mengikuti program Revolusi Mental Pendakian Gunung Prau 2024 dengan menggunakan desain korelasi, yaitu hubungan antara kepribadian dan sikap pendaki pemula. Para peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner melalui Google form tentang sikap mereka terhadap program Prau Wonosobo Mountain Clean Real Action Mental Revolution, 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan kepribadian dengan sikap pendaki pemula dalam program revolusi mental 2024. Namun, penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa olahraga rekreasi karena nilai pengalaman yang dirasakan secara langsung, Semoga program ini dapat dilanjutkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dengan peserta yang lebih baik lagi. Sehingga program ini menjadi antusiasme nasional yang tinggi. Jadi rata-rata sikap rata-rata pendaki pemula yang memiliki lokus kontrol internal adalah 4,4957, rata-rata sikap eksternal adalah 4,4774, dengan hasil ujit 0,845 temuan penelitian bahwa sikap memiliki implikasi antara pendaki pemula dan kepribadian diklasifikasikan sebagai internal dan eksternal. Temuan penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan program revolusioner di masa depan. ********** This study aims to find out the relationship between personality and the attitude of beginner climbers in the Mental Revolution program. ***** This study involved a population of 250 with a sample of 91 climbers who participated in the 2024 Prau Mountain Climbing Mental Revolution program using a correlational design, namely the relationship between personalities and the attitude of novice climbers. The participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire through a Google form about their attitude towards the Prau Wonosobo Mountain Clean Real Action Mental Revolution program, 2024. The results of the study showed that there was no personality relationship with the attitude of beginner climbers in the 2024 mental revolution program. However, this research is very useful for recreational sports students because of the value of experience felt directly, Hopefully, this program can be continued in the next research with even better participants. so this program has become a high national enthusiasm. therefore, the average mean attitude of beginner climbers who have an internal locus of control is 4.4957, an external mean of attitude is 4.4774, with the result of the t-test of 0.845 research findings that attitude has implications between beginner climbers and personality are classified as internal and external. The findings of this study have implications for the development of the revolutionary program in the future.
