Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan oleh Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat untuk melakukan monitoring baik secara finansial maupun akademik kepada penerima beasiswanya melalui Sistem Pelaporan Beasiswa. Namun penerima beasiswa merasakan beberapa keluhan saat menggunakan sistem ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi serta mengetahui bagaimana hasil evaluasi untuk dijadikan pertimbangan dalam melakukan pengembangan Sistem Pelaporan Beasiswa KSE. Metode evaluasi User Experience yang digunakan adalah User Experience Questionnaire dan Concurrent Think Aloud. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan 77 data kuesioner yang selanjutnya direduksi menjadi 74 data dalam pengolahan dan analisis data lanjutan serta 5 responden untuk pengukuran Concurrent Think Aloud. Hasil perbandingan rata-rata dari setiap aspek dengan tolak ukur dalam panduan User Experience Questionnaire, aspek kejelasan (perspicuity) dan efisiensi (efficiency) bernilai diatas rata-rata, aspek daya tarik (attractiveness), ketepatan (dependability) dan stimulasi (stimulation) mendapatkan penilaian dibawah rata-rata. Dan aspek kebaruan (novelty) mendapatkan penilaian buruk. Sementara hasil persentase keberhasilan melakukan task scenario, didapatkan tingkat keberhasilan paling kecil 85% yang mengartikan sistem pelaporan sangat efektif dalam membantu penerima beasiswa melakukan pelaporan. Selain itu, waktu terlama dalam menyelesaikan task adalah 217 detik dengan rata-rata 119,2 detik. Hasil penelitian ini merangkum berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh penerima beasiswa yang dijadikan rekomendasi perbaikan. **** The development of information technology is utilized by the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation to monitor both financial and academic aspects to its scholarship recipients through the Scholarship Reporting System. However, scholarship recipients felt some complaints when using this system. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate and find out how the evaluation results are to be considered in the development of the KSE Scholarship Reporting System. User experience evaluation methods used are User Experience Questionnaire and Concurrent Think Aloud. This study succeeded in obtaining 77 questionnaire data which were further reduced to 74 data in the processing and analysis of follow-up data and 5 respondents for the Concurrent Think Aloud measurement. The results of the average comparison of each aspect with the benchmarks in the User Experience Questionnaire guide, aspects of clarity (perspicity) and efficiency (efficiency) are above average, aspects of attractiveness (attractiveness), accuracy (dependability) and stimulation (stimulation) are assessed below average. And the novelty aspect gets bad reviews. While the results of the percentage of successful performing the task scenario, there was a minimum success rate of 85% which means that the reporting system is very effective in helping scholarship recipients do the reporting. In addition, the longest time in completing the task is 217 seconds with an average of 119.2 seconds. The results of this study summarized the problems experienced by scholarship recipients as improvement recommendations.
