Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah buku panduan keterampilan dukungan sosial teman sebaya berkaitan dengan upaya intervensi isu perundungan yang tidak jarang masih ditemukan di lingkungan sekolah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik kelas XI SMKN 31 Jakarta sebanyak 189 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan Educational Design Research. Metode ini melalui beberapa tahap antara lain, Analisis & Eksplorasi yang dilakukan dengan peneliti mendatangi sekolah yang menjadi tujuan penelitian disertai berdiskusi bersama Guru BK dan Dosen Pembimbing, tahap Desain & Konstruksi dilakukan mulai dari mendesain produk yang hendak dikembangkan, kemudian Evaluasi & Refleksi dilakukan melalui uji ahli materi yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 89% (Sangat Layak) serta media yang memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 86% (Sangat Layak) dengan kesimpulan layak diuji coba lapangan dengan revisi sesuai saran, dan uji keterbacaan yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK SMKN 31 Jakarta dengan persentase 94,3% (Sangat Layak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isu perundungan lebih mudah diketahui oleh sesama teman sebaya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun keterampilan dukungan sosial untuk memberdayakan peserta didik agar dapat membantu memberikan intervensi ketika peristiwa perundungan terjadi di sekitarnya. Keterampilan dukungan sosial yang perlu dikuasai oleh peserta didik sebaya terdiri atas dua aspek dukungan yaitu tindakan yang menekankan dukungan emosional dan tindakan yang menekankan dukungan pendidikan dan pemberian informasi. Buku panduan ini menjadi efektif digunakan untuk membangun keterampilan peserta didik karena pada setiap pembahasan materi dilengkapi dengan latihan-latihan keterampilan. Buku ini dapat digunakan oleh guru BK sebagai acuan dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari untuk melatih dan membangun keterampilan peserta didik dalam memberikan dukungan sosial teman sebaya sebagai intervensi dalam isu perundungan.***** This study aims to develop a guidebook for peer social support skills related to intervention efforts on bullying issues, which are still commonly found in school environments. The sample in this study consisted of 189 students from grade XI at SMKN 31 Jakarta. The sample was taken using the incidental sampling technique. The method used in this study is the Educational Design Research development method. This method goes through several stages, including Analysis & Exploration, which is carried out by the researcher visiting the schools targeted for the research and having discussions with the school counselor (Guru BK) and the supervising lecturer. The Design & Construction stage involves designing the product to be developed, followed by the Evaluation & Reflection stage through expert material testing, which received a percentage of 89% (Very Feasible), and media testing, which received a feasibility percentage of 86% (Very Feasible), concluding that it is suitable for field trials with revisions according to the suggestions. A readability test was conducted by the school counselor at SMKN 31 Jakarta, with a percentage of 94.3% (Very Feasible). The results of the study show that bullying issues are more easily recognized by peers. Therefore, social support skills need to be developed to empower students to intervene when bullying incidents occur around them. The social support skills that need to be mastered by peer students consist of two aspects of support: actions that emphasize emotional support and actions that emphasize educational support and information provision. This guidebook is effective in developing students' skills because each material discussion is complemented by skill exercises. This book can be used by school counselors as a reference for daily teaching to train and build students' skills in providing peer social support as an intervention in bullying issues.
