Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku panduan digital mengenai pembuatan konten media sosial untuk Humas dan Publikasi Inspektorat Jenderal Kemendikbudristek. Produk penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan model Rapid Prototyping yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, dan Install System. Produk buku panduan digital ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang melibatkan para ahli dan dan pengguna (Staf dan Peserta PKL Humas dan Publikasi Itjen Kemendikbudristek). Hasil evaluasi ahli (media, materi, dan desain pembelajaran) mendapatkan hasil dengan rata-rata penilaian 3,76 (Sangat Baik), 2,94 (Baik), dan 3,27 (Sangat Baik). Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna, hasil evaluasi one-to-one memperoleh rata-rata penilaian 3,83 (Sangat Baik) dan hasil evaluasi small group memperoleh rata-rata penilaian 3,72 (Sangat Baik). Hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan digital “Pembuatan Konten Media Sosial Inspektorat Jenderal Kemendikbudristek” layak digunakan untuk memfasilitasi staf dan peserta PKL Humas dan Publikasi dalam pembuatan konten media sosial. ***** This development research aims to produce a digital guidebook regarding the creation of social media content for Public Relations and Publications of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This research product was developed using the Rapid Prototyping model which consists of five stages, namely Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, and Install System. This digital guidebook product has gone through a formative evaluation stage using a questionnaire with a Likert scale involving experts and users (Staff and Interns of Public Relations and Publications of the Ministry of Education and Culture). The results of the expert evaluation (media, materials, and learning design) obtained results with an average assessment of 3.76 (Very Good), 2.94 (Good), and 3.27 (Very Good). Then in the user trial stage, the results of the one-to-one evaluation obtained an average rating of 3.83 (Very Good) and the results of the small group evaluation obtained an average rating of 3.72 (Very Good). The results of this evaluation show that the digital guidebook "Social Media Content Creation of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology" is suitable for use to facilitate staff and interns of Public Relations and Publication in creating social media content.
