Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Self-efficacy terhadap Motivasi Belajar pada siswa SMKN 46 Jakarta (2) pengaruh Self-Regulated Learning terhadap Motivasi Belajar pada siswa SMKN 46 Jakarta serta (3) pengaruh Self-Efficacy dan Self-Regulated Learning secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa SMKN 46 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini yakni 143 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 siswa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner yang terdiri dari 37 item pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda melalui program SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas dan linearitas, persamaan regresi berganda serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari uji T menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan antara Self-Efficacy dengan Motivasi Belajar, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan antara Self-Regulated Learning dan Motivasi Belajar. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini didapatkan sebesar 61,8% dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Self-Efficacy dan Self-Regulated Learning terhadap Motivasi Belajar, adapun sisanya merupakan variabel lain yang ada di luar penelitian dan tidak ikut diteliti pada penelitian ini ***** The purpose of this study is to examine: (1) the effect of Self-Efficacy on Learning Motivation in SMKN 46 Jakarta students, (2) the effect of Self-Regulated Learning on Learning Motivation in SMKN 46 Jakarta students and (3) the effect of Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulated Learning together on the Learning Motivation of SMKN 46 Jakarta students. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The affordable population in this study is 143 students with a sample of 105 students used in this study using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data used is primary data obtained through filling out a questionnaire consisting of 37 statement items. Data analysis uses multiple regression techniques through the SPSS program. The data analysis techniques used were the analysis requirements test with normality and linearity tests, multiple regression equations and hypothesis testing using the T test and the F test. The results of the T test showed that there was a significant partial influence between Self-Efficacy and Learning Motivation, there was a significant partial influence between Self-Regulated Learning and Learning Motivation. The determination coefficient in this study was obtained at 61.8%, thus showing that there is an influence between Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulated Learning on Learning Motivation, while the rest are other variables that exist outside the study and are not examined in this study.
