Abstract

Pada berbagai bidang seperti bidang politik, ekonomi, teknologi dan sosisl yang saling berkesinambungan, perubahan dirasakan berlangsung sangat cepat. Perkembangan yang telah terjadi membuat masyarakat merasakan dampak yang begitu terasa khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi. Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu pelaku kegiatan ekonomi yang harus menghadapi persaingan dan tantangan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan agar mengetahui sejauh mana inovasi UMKM pada Jakpreneur dengan penyesuaian kedaaan ekonomi usahanya dan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh wirausaha. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data berupa angka yang diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi dari angka angka tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi ekonomi dan keterampilan wirausaha berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, serta keterampilan wirausaha memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung antara literasi ekonomi dan inovasi pada UMKM Jakpreneur Jakarta Selatan. Bahwa semakin tinggi akan literasi ekonomi dan keterampilan wirausaha maka inovasi suatu usaha dalam menjalankan usahanya akan semakin baik.***** In various fields such as politics, economics, technology and society which are mutually sustainable, changes are felt to be taking place very quickly. The developments that have occurred have made society feel the impact, especially in the economic sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic actors who have to face this competition and challenges. The aim of this research was to find out the extent of Jakpreneur's MSME innovation by adapting to the economic conditions of the business and the skills of the entrepreneur. This research method uses quantitative, namely collecting data in the form of numbers which are processed and analyzed to obtain information from these numbers. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The results of this research show that economic literacy and entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant influence on innovation, and entrepreneurial skills mediate the indirect influence between economic literacy and innovation in South Jakarta Jakpreneur MSMEs. That the higher the economic literacy and entrepreneurial skills, the better the innovation of a business in running its business.
