Abstract

MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN MELALUI MEDIA MAGNETIC BOARD LEARNING BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN GANGGUAN FISIK DAN MOTORIK KELAS D1-III YPAC JAKARTA (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SLBD-D1 YPAC Jakarta) (2020) ATI TRISUHARYATI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui media Magnetic Board Learning bagi peserta didik dengan gangguan fisik dan motorik kelas D1-III YPAC Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan 10 kali pertemuan. Persentase rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan awal yaitu sebesar 18%. Setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I rata-rata hasil kemampuan membaca permulaannya meningkat sebesar 20%, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 48% pada siklus II. Secara kuantitatif hasil penelitian ini sudah mencapai target yang diharapkan yaitu 65. Secara kualitatif setelah menggunakan media Magnetic Board Learning peserta didik ME mengalami peningkatan dalam kemampuan membaca suku kata, peserta didik HA mengalami peningkatkan fokus dalam pembelajaran sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca permulaan, dan bagi peserta didik RI dapat meningkatkan fokus tetapi belum dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu media Magnetic Board Learning dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada peserta didik dengan gangguan fisik dan motorik. IMPROVING THE EARLY READING ABILITY THROUGH MAGNETIC BOARD LEARNING MEDIA FOR STUDENTS WITH PHYSICAL AND MOTORIC INTERFERENCE CLASS D1-III YPAC JAKARTA (Classroom Action Research in SLBD-D1 YPAC Jakarta) (2020) ATI TRISUHARYATI ABSTRACT This research aims to improve the ability of early reading skills through the use of media Magnetic Board Learning for student with physical and motor impairments in class D1-III YPAC Jakarta. The research method was Classroom Action Research that held in two cycle with 10 meetings. The average percentage of the first test result is 18%. After the learning media had been implemented, the reading ability of pupils increased to 20% and increased again to 48% in the second cycle. Quantitatively result of this study have reached the score target of 65. Qualitatively during the use of Magnetic Board Learning media was able to read syllable. HA’s and RI’s focus were increasing which impacted on HA’s early reading skill but not for RI. The implication of this research is Magnetic Board Learning media can be used as one of the learning media to improve the ability of early reading skills of students with physical and motor impairments.
