Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Sosial Influance, dan Fasilitating Conditions Terhadap E-Payment SeaBank Shopee. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu masyarakat umum yang menngunakan aplikasi E-Payment SeaBank Shopee berjumlah 60 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda data panel dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Performance Expectancy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-Payment SeaBank Shopee, Effort Expectancy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-Payment SeaBank Shopee, Social Influence berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap penggunaan e-Payment SeaBank Shopee, Facilitating Conditions berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap penggunaan e-Payment SeaBank Shopee. Kata Kunci: Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Kinerja, Pengaruh Sosial dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dan minat pengguna e-Payment. ***** This research was conducted to determine the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influance, and Facilitating Conditions on E-Payment SeaBank Shopee. This type of research is quantitative with the data source used is primary data, namely the general public who use the SeaBank Shopee E-Payment application totaling 60 respondents. The analysis method used is panel data multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Performance Expectancy has a significant effect on SeaBank Shopee e-Payment, Effort Expectancy has a significant effect on SeaBank Shopee e-Payment, Social Influence has a significant effect on the use of SeaBank Shopee e-Payment, Facilitating Conditions has a significant effect on the use of SeaBank Shopee e-Payment.
