Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial UNJ dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar langsung kepada objek penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan milenial UNJ sebanyak 354 karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 189 karyawan dengan metode penentuan sampel, yaitu simple random sampling. Metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) pada aplikasi Smart-PLS 4.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh karyawan milenial UNJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja dan burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial UNJ. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction of UNJ millennial employees, and also to determine the effect of burnout on job satisfaction of millennial employees. This study is a quantitative study. Data collection using questionnaires distributed directly to the research objects. The population in the study was 354 UNJ millennial employees. The research sample was 189 employees with a sampling method, namely simple random sampling. The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method on the Smart-PLS 4.0 application was used to analyze the questionnaire data that had been filled out by UNJ millennial employees. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between work-life balance on job satisfaction and burnout had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of UNJ millennial employees.
