Abstract
Iftitah Fena Mutiara, 2025; Pengaruh Kreativitas dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Tata Mulia Nusantara. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tim Pembimbing: Bapak Dr. Christian Wiradendi, SE.,M.M & Bapak Dr. Agung Wahyu Handaru, ST., M.M. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kreativitas terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tata Mulia, 2) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pt. Tata Mulia, 3) Untuk menguji pengaruh kreativitas dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pt. Tata Mulia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Sampel menggunakan rumus solvin yang terdiri dari 130 responden, yang kemudian data diuji dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas dan motivasi kerja mendorong peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil kerja, terbukti memberikan dampak yang substansial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 63% pengaruh, sedangkan 37% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The objectives of this study include: 1) to empirically test the influence of creativity on employee performance at PT. Tata Mulia, 2) to empirically test the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tata Mulia, and 3) to examine the influence of creativity and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tata Mulia. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and data processing using SPSS version 22 software. The sample used the Solvin formula, consisting of 130 respondents, and then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that creativity and work motivation drive increased productivity and work quality, contributing a substantial 63% impact on employee performance, while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
