Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi sekolah dalam menangani bullying terhadap Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (PDBK) di SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta selama delapan bulan dari Februari sampai Mei 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif naratif atau analisis. Subjek penelitian dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu kepala sekolah, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK), dan 10 Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (PDBK) yang terdiri dari 2 orang dari kelas VII dan 8 orang dari kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat faktor penyebab bullying terhadap Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (PDBK) di SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta, yaitu faktor keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan rumah, kelompok sebaya, serta media massa. Strategi penanganan dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: preventif (sosialisasi, pendidikan karakter, pengawasan), edukasi (pembelajaran inklusif, mediasi, pembentukan TPPK), kuratif (konseling, sanksi edukatif, pelibatan orang tua), dan preservatif (pemantauan berkala, komunikasi dengan orang tua, evaluasi rutin). Strategi ini terbukti efektif karena tidak ada laporan kasus bullying serta meningkatnya rasa aman PDBK dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This study aims to describe the school's strategies in addressing bullying against students with special needs (PDBK) at SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta over an eight-month period from February to May 2025. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive narrative or analytical methods. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling, namely the school principal, guidance and counseling teachers, and 10 students with special needs (PDBK) consisting of 2 students from grade VII and 8 students from grade VIII. The results of this study indicate that there are four factors causing bullying against students with special needs (PDBK) at SMP Negeri 70 Jakarta, namely family factors, school and home environment, peer groups, and mass media. The intervention strategy was implemented through four stages: preventive (awareness campaigns, character education, supervision), educational (inclusive learning, mediation, formation of the PDBK Task Force), curative (counseling, educational sanctions, parental involvement), and preservative (regular monitoring, communication with parents, routine evaluation). This strategy has proven effective, as there have been no reports of bullying incidents and an increase in students' sense of safety during the learning process.
