Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Security on SeaBank users’ Continuance Intention, with Trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 270 respondents, analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that the three perception variables significantly influence Trust, which in turn has a significant impact on Continuance Intention. These findings emphasize the importance of building trust to ensure user loyalty in digital banking services.
