Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh penilaian estetika produk jaket running dengan hiasan sulaman bebas berdasarkan aspek wujud/rupa, bobot/isi, dan penyajian/tampilan. Sub indikator dalam aspek wujud/rupa yang meliputi penerapan unsur desain (bentuk, tekstur, dan warna) dan penerapan prinsip desain (harmoni, pusat perhatian, dan proporsi). Sub indikator dalam aspek bobot/isi yang meliputi ide/gagasan. Sub indikator dalam aspek penyajian/tampilan meliputi penerapan sarana/media. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental design, one-shot case study. Penilaian diukur menggunakan rating scale. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan variabel angket atau kuesioner, dengan variabel tunggal yaitu penilaian estetika jaket running dengan hiasan sulaman bebas. Hasil penilaian kelima desain jaket running dengan hiasan sulaman bebas secara keseluruhan berdasarkan aspek wujud/rupa, bobot/isi, dan penyajian/tampilan memperoleh persentase nilai 91,5% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek estetika yang memperoleh nilai tertinggi adalah aspek bobot/isi dengan hasil nilai 93,2% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Produk yang memperoleh nilai tertinggi adalah desain 5 dengan perolehan nilai 97%, termasuk kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan produk dengan nilai terendah diperoleh desain 4 dengan perolehan nilai 83% dengan kategori sangat baik. ***** This research aims to obtain an aesthetic assessment of running jackets with free embroidery based on the aspects of form/shape, weight/content, and presentation/appearance. The sub-indicator in the aspect of form/shape includes the application of design elements (shape, texture, and color) and the application of design principles (harmony, focal point, and proportion). The sub-indicator in the aspect of weight/content includes ideas/concepts. The sub-indicator in the aspect of presentation/appearance includes the application of media/tools. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a pre-experimental design, one-shot case study. The assessment is measured using a rating scale. Data collection techniques utilize a questionnaire, with a single variable being the aesthetic assessment of running jackets with free embroidery. The results of the assessment of the five designs of running jackets with free embroidery overall based on the aspects of form/shape, weight/content, and presentation/appearance achieved a percentage score of 91.5% with a very good category. The aesthetic aspect that received the highest score is the weight/content aspect with a score of 93.2% and falls into the very good category. The product that received the highest score is design 5 with a score of 97%, which is also in the very good category. Meanwhile, the product with the lowest score is design 4, which received a score of 83% with a very good category.
