Abstract
Kata kunci: work life balance, perceived organizational support, employee engagement ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and perceived organizational support on employee engagement at X Company. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study showed that work life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. This means that the higher the work life balance felt by employees, the higher the employee engagement will be. In addition, this study also found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, which means that the higher the perceived organizational support felt by employees, the higher the employee engagement will be. X Company should show greater support to employees in order to improve the work life balance and perceived organizational support felt by employees, so that employee engagement in employees can increase.
