Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi, (2) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, (3) Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, (4) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi Melalui Motivasi Berprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta berjumlah 211 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesullitan 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 138 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) yang dihitung menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan 1) Efikasi Diri Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi, (2) Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, (3) Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, (4) Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi Melalui Motivasi Berprestasi. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of (1) The Influence of Self-Efficacy to Achievement Motivation, (2) The Influence of Self-Efficacy to Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education, (3) The Influence of Achievement Motivation on Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education, (4) The Influence of Self-Efficacy to Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education through Achievement Motivation. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 211 students at SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The sampling technique used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of 5% difficulty level so that the sample in this study totaled 138 students. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which is calculated using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant 1) Self-Efficacy to Achievement Motivation, (2) Self-Efficacy to Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education, (3) Achievement Motivation on Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education, (4) Self-Efficacy to Interest Continuing Study to Higher Education through Achievement Motivation.
