Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki peringkat yang masih terbilang rendah dibandingkan dengan negara lain dalam aspek sistem pendidikan. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pendidikan Indonesia tidak berkembang dan kurangnya peningkatan dalam kualitas pendidikan yang ada di negara ini. Hal ini tentu menjadi faktor yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemerintah. Faktor penyebab rendahnya kualitas dan mutu pendidikan suatu bangsa dapat dilihat dari prestasi siswa, seperti kurangnya kreativitas, minat maupun motivasi belajar yang rendah serta prestasi belajar siswa yang rendah pula. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer melalui metode pengumpulan data survei disebarkan melalui Googleform menggunakan tabel krejcie and morgan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 800 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 260 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni teknik regresi berganda meliputi uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Hasil dari Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar; (2) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi belajar; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara motivasi belajar dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi belajar. Belajar ***** The quality of education in Indonesia ranks low compared to other countries in terms of the education system. This indicates that the quality of education in Indonesia is not developing and there is a lack of improvement in the quality of education in this country. This is certainly a factor that must be considered by the government. Factors causing the low quality and quality of education of a nation can be seen from student achievement, such as lack of creativity, interest and low learning motivation and low student achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether there is an influence between learning motivation and self-confidence on the learning achievement of students of SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data obtained is primary data through survey data collection via googleform methods using the Krejcie and Morgan tables with proportional random sampling techniques. The population used in this study was 800 students with a sample size of 260 students. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression techniques including the analysis requirements test, the classical assumption test, and the hypothesis test which is calculated using SPSS version 30: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between self-confidence on learning achievement; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation and self-confidence on learning achievement.
