Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Positive Reinforcement dan Kecemasan Sosial terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa MPLB SMK Negeri di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dengan program keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri di Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 360 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan tingkat akurasi kesulitan 5% sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel 190 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil temuan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Positive Reinforcement terhadap Keaktifan Belajar dan adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara Kecemasan Sosial terhadap Keaktifan Belajar. Kata Kunci: Positive Reinforcement, Kecemasan Sosial, Keaktifan Belajar ***** This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Positive Reinforcement and Social Anxiety on the Learning Activity of MPLB Students at State Vocational Schools in South Jakarta. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students with Office Management and Business Services expertise programs at State Vocational Schools in South Jakarta, totaling 360 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a difficulty accuracy level of 5% so that a sample size of 190 students was obtained. The analysis technique used in this study used SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques carried out in this study consisted of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. This study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Positive Reinforcement on Learning Activity and a negative and significant influence between Social Anxiety on Learning Activity.
