Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan sikap percaya diri siswa kelas IV SDN Kayu Manis 01 Jakarta Timur pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui model Cooperative Learning tipe Time Token. Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya kepercayaan diri siswa (62,5% dalam kategori rendah) berdasarkan observasi dan kuesioner awal, ditandai keraguan mengungkap pendapat, ketergantungan pada guru, dan mudah menyerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart selama tiga siklus (masing-masing tiga pertemuan) dengan subjek 32 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru-siswa, kuesioner sikap percaya diri, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: persentase sikap percaya diri siswa meningkat dari 47% (Siklus I) menjadi 75% (Siklus II), dan mencapai 87,5% (Siklus III). Aktivitas guru dan siswa juga meningkat secara konsisten (Siklus I: 73% dan 67%; Siklus III: 92% untuk keduanya). Simpulan penelitian membuktikan model Time Token efektif meningkatkan percaya diri melalui mekanisme kupon bicara yang memastikan partisipasi setara, mengurangi dominasi siswa tertentu, dan melatih keberanian berpendapat. Implikasi penelitian menyoroti pentingnya model pembelajaran terstruktur untuk pengembangan aspek afektif dalam Pendidikan Pancasila. **** This study aims to enhance the self-confidence of fourth-grade students at SDN Kayu Manis 01 East Jakarta in Pancasila Education through the Time Token-type Cooperative Learning model. The background is students' low self-confidence (62.5% in the low category) based on initial observations and questionnaires, characterized by hesitation in expressing opinions, dependence on teachers, and low resilience. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using the Kemmis & McTaggart model was conducted over three cycles (three meetings per cycle) with 32 students. Data collection instruments included teacher-student observation sheets, self-confidence questionnaires, and documentation. Results showed significant improvement: the percentage of students with self-confident attitudes increased from 47% (Cycle I) to 75% (Cycle II), reaching 87.5% (Cycle III). Teacher and student activities also consistently improved (Cycle I: 73% and 67%; Cycle III: 92% for both). The study concludes that the Time Token model effectively builds self-confidence through its speaking-token mechanism, ensuring equal participation, reducing dominance by specific students, and training courage to express opinions. The research highlights the importance of structured learning models for developing affective aspects in Pancasila Education.
