Abstract
Fenomena radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa menjadi isu strategis yang mengancam integrasi nasional. Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan sosial rentan terpapar paham radikal, khususnya di lingkungan kampus yang terbuka terhadap berbagai ideologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila terhadap pencegahan radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi PGPAUD angkatan 2024 FIP Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 95 mahasiswa, penentuan sampel menggunakan tabel penentuan jumlah sampel Sugiyono berjumlah 76 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang divalidasi melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila terhadap pencegahan radikalisme, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 81,1%. Temuan ini memperkuat teori integrasi sosial yang menyatakan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat memperkuat kohesi sosial dan mencegah penyebaran ideologi radikal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa mata kuliah pendidikan pancasila berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap pencegahan radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa yaitu sebesar 81,1%, artinya setiap peningkatan mutu dan kualitas dari mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila akan meningkatkan juga aspek pencegahan radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa PGPAUD FIP UNJ Angkatan 2024. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang lebih aplikatif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual sebagai strategi deradikalisasi di lingkungan kampus. ***** The phenomenon of radicalism among students has become a strategic issue that threatens national integration. Students, as agents of social change, are vulnerable to radical ideas, especially in campus environments that are open to various ideologies. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Pancasila Education course on the prevention of radicalism among students in the PGPAUD Study Program class of 2024 at the Faculty of Education, Jakarta State University. The research approach used is quantitative with a causal method. The population for this study consists of 95 students, with the sample determined using Sugiyono's sample size determination table, resulting in 76 students. The research instrument is a questionnaire validated through validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The research results indicate that there is a significant positive influence of the Pancasila Education course on preventing radicalism, with a coefficient of determination of 81.1%. These findings strengthen the theory of social integration, which states that the internalization of Pancasila values can enhance social cohesion and prevent the spread of radical ideologies. The conclusion of this study states that the Pancasila education course has a positive and significant effect on the prevention of radicalism among students, specifically at 81.1%, meaning that any improvement in the quality of the Pancasila education course will also enhance the aspect of preventing radicalism among PGPAUD FIP UNJ students of the 2024 cohort. This research recommends strengthening the curriculum and teaching methods of Pancasila education to be more applicable, participatory, and contextual as a deradicalization strategy within the campus environment.
