Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengorganisasian dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai di Bidang SMP Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan Ketua subkelompok, dan staf pelaksana. Penelitian dilakukan pada aspek pencapaian tujuan pengorganisasian, proses sosialisasi pengorganisasian, serta penyesuaian pengorganisasian terhadap kondisi sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas telah diatur secara formal melalui regulasi seperti Pergub No. 57 Tahun 2022. 2) Sosialisasi pengorganisasian kepada pegawai telah dilakukan pada awal masa kerja melalui orientasi dan briefing. 3) Penyesuaian pengorganisasian terhadap kondisi sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana telah dirancang sesuai ketentuan kelembagaan. Namun dalam penerapannya, pengorganisasian belum berjalan secara optimal karena jumlah pegawai yang terbatas, jabatan struktural yang belum terisi secara definitif, multitugas yang dijalankan oleh staf, sosialisasi yang belum berkelanjutan, serta ketidakseimbangan antara beban kerja dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung kerja yang berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai ***** This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of organizational structuring in improving employee work productivity at the Junior High School Division of the Provincial Education Office of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving informants such as sub-group heads and implementing staff. The study focuses on the achievement of organizational objectives, the process of organizational socialization, and the adjustment of organizational structure to the conditions of human resources and facilities. The results show that: 1) The organizational structure and division of tasks have been formally regulated through policies such as Governor Regulation No. 57 of 2022. 2) Organizational socialization has been carried out at the beginning of employment through orientation and briefings. 3) The adjustment of organizational arrangements to the conditions of human resources and facilities has been designed in accordance with institutional provisions. However, in practice, organizational implementation has not run optimally due to limited staff, structural positions that have not been definitively filled, multitasking among employees, discontinuity in socialization, and an imbalance between workload and the availability of supporting facilities, all of which impact the improvement of employee work productivity.
