Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan, serta menguji peran servant leadership sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT XYZ dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 300 orang melalui teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Servant Leadership Questionnaire, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB dengan kontribusi sebesar 53,8%. Seluruh dimensi servant leadership terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran iklim organisasi dan servant leadership dalam mendorong perilaku OCB. Kata Kunci: iklim organisasi, servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). ***** This study aims to examine the influence of organizational climate on employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and to analyze the role of servant leadership as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on employees of PT XYZ with a total of 300 respondents selected using convenience sampling. The research instruments consisted of the Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Servant Leadership Questionnaire, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist. The results showed that organizational climate had a positive influence on OCB, with a contribution of 53,8%. All dimensions of servant leadership were proven to moderate the relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational climate and servant leadership in fostering OCB among employees.
