Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi online pada proses penerimaan siswa baru serta mengevaluasi hasilnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas di SDN Cipinang Besar Utara, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick yang meliputi empat level evaluasi, yaitu Reaction, Learning, Behavior, dan Results. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Cipinang Besar Utara 05, 08, 09, 10, dan 11, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, dengan fokus pada efektivitas layanan administrasi berbasis online dalam proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PPDB Online secara umum berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh pemanfaatan berbagai platform digital, keterlibatan aktif guru dan komite sekolah, serta kesiapan sumber daya manusia terutama operator. Kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan literasi digital di kalangan orang tua dapat diatasi melalui pendampingan langsung, pengaturan jadwal layanan, dan penyediaan panduan teknis. Pada tahap Reaction Evaluation, mayoritas pemangku kepentingan menyambut positif sistem digital ini meskipun terdapat tantangan literasi digital. Learning Evaluation menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi staf melalui pelatihan teknis dan simulasi internal. Behavior Evaluation mengindikasikan perubahan perilaku kerja yang lebih profesional dan disiplin dalam memanfaatkan data digital. Sedangkan pada Result Evaluation, PPDB Online memberikan dampak positif berupa efisiensi administratif, pengurangan antrean, peningkatan akurasi data, dan keadilan seleksi. Namun, keberhasilan jangka panjang masih membutuhkan peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat dan penguatan sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to examine the implementation of online technology-based education in the new student admission process and to evaluate its outcomes in improving efficiency and effectiveness at SDN Cipinang Besar Utara, East Jakarta. The method used is qualitative research with the Kirkpatrick evaluation model approach, which consists of four evaluation levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. The study was conducted at SDN Cipinang Besar Utara 05, 08, 09, 10, and 11, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, focusing on the effectiveness of online-based administrative services in the New Student Admission process (PPDB). The results show that the implementation of Online PPDB generally succeeded in enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in the new student admission process. This success was supported by the utilization of various digital platforms, active involvement of teachers and school committees, and the readiness of human resources, especially the operators. Challenges such as limited internet access and digital literacy among parents were addressed through direct assistance, service schedule management, and provision of technical guidelines. At the Reaction Evaluation stage, most stakeholders responded positively to the digital system despite some digital literacy challenges. The Learning Evaluation indicated an increase in staff competence through technical training and internal simulations. Behavior Evaluation reflected a change towards more professional and disciplined work behavior in utilizing digital data. Finally, the Result Evaluation showed that Online PPDB had a positive impact in terms of administrative efficiency, queue reduction, data accuracy improvement, and fair selection. However, long-term success still requires continuous improvement in community digital literacy and strengthening of school human resources.
