Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan data rekrutmen laut pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), mengetahui proses pengarsipan data administrasi pada proses rekrutmen PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero, dan juga solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan data rekrutmen pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).Penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang berfokus pada pengamatan fenomena atau peristiwa dalam kondisi secara langsung. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pengumpulan data. Data primer dikumpulkan secara langsung dari sumber aslinya melalui teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui sumber tertulis seperti jurnal internet, buku, artikel, maupun dokumen resmi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiannya, sistem pengelolaan data rekrumen laut PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) telah terlaksana dengan baik dengan berbagai tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengumpulan data, pemrosesan data, penyimpanan data, dan evaluasi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu tingkatkan, seperti penggunaan Google Form dan Spreadsheet yang kurang efisien yang dinilai memakan waktu. Pengarsipan data administrasi rekrutmen belum memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang resmi, tetapi data rekrutmen telah disimpan dalam empat tempat yakni Google Drive tim rekrutmen, datashare yang di fasilitasi perusahaan perusahaan untuk penyimpanan softfile sedangkan penyimpanan hardfile melalui Bantex serta aplikasi HCMS (Human Capital System). Saat ini, perusahaan sedang mengembangkan aplikasi HCMS sebagai solusi untuk mengintegrasikan dan menyederhanakan proses pengelolaan data rekrutmen secara lebih efektif dan efisien. ***** This study aims to determine how the maritime recruitment data management system operates at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), understand the data archiving process in the recruitment process at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), and identify solutions to address challenges in recruitment data management at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Qualitative research was employed in this study using a descriptive approach focused on observing phenomena or events in their natural context. The researcher used primary and secondary data for data collection. Primary data was collected directly from the original source through data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from written sources such as internet journals, books, articles, and official documents related to the research. Based on the results of the study, the marine recruitment data management system of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has been implemented well with various stages, namely planning, implementation, data collection, data processing, data storage, and evaluation. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as the inefficient use of Google Forms and Spreadsheets, which are considered time-consuming. The archiving of administrative recruitment data does not yet have an official Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), but recruitment data is stored in four locations: the recruitment team's Google Drive, a company-facilitated datashare for softfile storage, hardfile storage via Bantex, and the HCMS (Human Capital System) application. Currently, the company is developing the HCMS application as a solution to integrate and simplify the recruitment data management process more effectively and efficiently.
