Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implementasi program Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) jalur prestasi jenjang SMP di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, serta mengacu pada model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pejabat struktural yang menangani PPDB, staf pelaksana teknis, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek konteks, program telah memiliki dasar hukum dan tujuan yang jelas, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap jalur prestasi. Pada aspek input, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, anggaran, dan sarana teknologi dinilai sebagian besar sudah memadai, namun perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi pada aspek proses dan produk memberikan informasi mendalam tentang pelaksanaan teknis dan capaian program sesuai dengan tujuan awal yang telah ditetapkan. ***** This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the Achievement Based Student Admission Program (PPDB) at the junior high school level in the Provincial Education Office of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta in 2024. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, referring to the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The informants in this study consist of structural officials responsible for PPDB, technical implementation staff, and school principals. The results indicate that in terms of context, the program has a clear legal basis and objectives, although there are still limitations in public understanding of the achievement-based track. In the input aspect, the readiness of human resources, budget, and technological infrastructure is generally adequate, though improvements in public socialization are still needed. The evaluation of the process and product aspects provides in depth insights into the technical implementation and achievements of the program in accordance with its initial objectives.
