Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman Pendidikan Profesi Guru dan komitmen profesi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru alumni PPG Dalam Jabatan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei; unit analisis berupa guru alumni PPG Dalam Jabatan UNJ dan sampel sebanyak 370 responden yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0 serta teknik bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman Pendidikan Profesi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif secara langsung (koefisien = 0,377; t = 5,915; p < 0,001) dan tidak langsung melalui komitmen profesi (indirect = 0,303; t = 6,77; p < 0,001). Komitmen profesi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (t = 7,918). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar penyelenggara PPG memperkuat materi yang relevan dengan praktik lapangan, meningkatkan pembinaan profesional saat PPG, serta menyediakan wadah kolaborasi dan inovasi bagi alumni untuk mengaplikasikan pembelajaran ke dalam praktik mengajar yang kreatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan siswa./ This study aims to analyze the influence of Teacher Professional Education experience and professional commitment on innovative work behavior among In-Service PPG alumni teachers at Jakarta State University (UNJ). The method used is quantitative with a survey design; the unit of analysis is the UNJ In-Service PPG alumni teachers and a sample of 370 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 and bootstrapping techniques. The results showed that Professional Education experience has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior directly (coefficient = 0.377; t = 5.915; p < 0.001) and indirectly through professional commitment (indirect = 0.303; t = 6.77; p < 0.001). Professional commitment also has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior (t = 7.918). Based on these findings, it is recommended that PPG organizers strengthen materials relevant to field practice, improve professional development during PPG, and provide a platform for collaboration and innovation for alumni to apply learning into creative and adaptive teaching practices to technological developments and student needs.
