Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara academic self-efficacy dan personal value terhadap academic dishonesty berbasis penyalahgunaan artificial intelligence (AI) pada mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling yang meilbatkan 138 mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur Academic Dishonesty Scale, Self-Efficacy Sub Scale of Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire, dan European Social Survey yang sudah diadaptasi menyesuaikan dengan fenomena penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara academic self-efficacy dan personal value terhadap academic dishonesty berbasis AI. ***** This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between academic self-efficacy and personal values on academic dishonesty based on the misuse of artificial intelligence (AI) among students in the Greater Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative method with convenience sampling involving 138 students in the Greater Jakarta area. Data collection utilized the Academic Dishonesty Scale, Self-Efficacy Subscale of the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire, and the European Social Survey, which had been adapted to align with the research phenomenon. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between academic self-efficacy and personal values on AI-based academic dishonesty.
