Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru sekaligus tim adiwiyata, peserta didik, dan komite sekolah. Dengan penggunaan sampel snowball sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Beberapa penemuan utama dalam penelitian ini, antara lain adanya dasar hukum yang mendukung pelaksanaan program, perumusan visi dan misi sekolah, keuangan program, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia serta sarana dan prasarana, penerapan kurikulum yang memuat nilai-nilai Adiwiyata, adanya kemitraan, adanya perubahan lingkungan fisik sekolah, hasil karya inovasi, serta terbentuknya karakter peserta didik yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi context program sudah memenuhi kriteria, evaluasi input program sebagian besar sudah terpenuhi, evaluasi process program sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan telah emenuhi tujuan serta rencana program, dan evaluasi product program menunjukan perubahan perilaku siswa yang peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan, kondisi fisik lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih asri, sejuk, dan bersih, serta terdapat hasil karya inovasi yang berdampak baik bagi kelangsungan lingkungan hidup. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa program sekolah adiwiyata perlu untuk dilanjutkan karena telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlangsungan lingkungan hidup. ***** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Adiwiyata School Program at SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta. This study uses a CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation research model with a qualitative approach. Participants in this study consisted of the principal, teachers and the Adiwiyata team, students, and the school committee. Snowball sampling was used. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Some of the main findings of this study include the existence of a legal basis supporting the implementation of the program, the formulation of the school's vision and mission, program finances, the availability of human resources and facilities and infrastructure, the implementation of a curriculum that incorporates Adiwiyata values, the existence of partnerships, changes in the physical environment of the school, innovative works, and the formation of student character that cares about the environment. The research results indicate that the program's context evaluation meets the criteria, the program's input evaluation is largely fulfilled, the program's process evaluation has been implemented well and has met the program's objectives and plans, and the program's product evaluation shows changes in students' behavior toward environmental care and culture, the physical condition of the school environment has become more pleasant, cool, and clean, and there are innovative works that have a positive impact on environmental sustainability. The results of this study imply that the adiwiyata school program needs to be continued because it has had a positive impact on environmental sustainability.
