Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team assisted individualization (TAI) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi koloid. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAS 1 Cawang Baru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 siswa yang terdiri dari 40 siswa kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran team assisted individualization dan 40 siswa kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaraan konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Non equivalen kontrol group design. Siswa diberikan pre-test sebanyak 20 soal pilihan ganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman awal siswa dan untuk membentuk kelompok heterogen pada kelas eksperimen lalu diberikan soal post test sebanyak 20 soal pilihan ganda untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Data hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dianalisis dengan uji U Mann-Whitney yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan (Asymp.Sig.(1-tailed) sebesar ,001) sehingga dapat disimpulkan ,001 < 0,05 dan hipotesis diterima maka artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMAS 1 Cawang Baru pada materi koloid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rerata hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team assisted individualization pada materi koloid lebih tinggi dari rerata hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. July, 2025 Team Assisted Individualization is a type of cooperative learning that combines individual learning with group learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type of cooperative learning model on students’ learning outcomes in the colloid topic. The research was conducted at SMAS 1 Cawang Baru with a sample of 80 students, consisting of 40 students in the experimental class who were taught using the Team Assisted Individualization learning model, and 40 students in the kontrol class who were taught using a conventional learning model. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a Non-equivalent Kontrol Group Design. Students were given a pre-test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions to assess their initial understanding and to form heterogeneous groups in the experimental class. After the learning process, a post-test consist of 20 multiple-chioce was administered to measure students’ learning outcomes. The learning outcome data from the experimental and kontrol classes were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test, which showed a significant difference in learning outcomes. The results of the study indicated that the average learning outcomes of students taught using the Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model on colloid material were higher than those of students taught using the conventional learning model.
