Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan BCP PPS terhadap kompetensi guru PAUD sebagai pelatih PPS di Jawa dan Indonesia Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu pelatihan sebagai variabel X, dan kompetensi guru PAUD sebagai pelatih PPS sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 286 guru peserta pelatihan BCP PPS tahun 2024. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, didapat sampel sejumlah 172 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 29,426 + 0,313X, dan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,255 atau 25,5%. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai thitung (4,774) > ttabel (1,974) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dinyatakan bahwa pelatihan BCP PPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru PAUD sebagai pelatih PPS di Jawa dan Indonesia Timur. Pelatihan BCP PPS terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru PAUD. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini sebaiknya dilanjutkan, karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan relevan dengan kondisi saat ini. ***** This research aims to determine how much influence BCP PPS training has on the competence of teachers as PPS trainers in Java and East Indonesia. This study consists of two variables, namely training as variable X, and the competence of PAUD teachers as PPS trainers as variable Y. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were 286 teachers participating in BCP PPS training in 2024. Sampling using stratified random sampling technique, using the slovin formula, obtained a sample of 172 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test which resulted in a regression equation Ŷ = 29,426 + 0,313X, and the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.255 or 25.5%. The hypothesis was tested using the t test which resulted in a tcount (4.774) > t table (1.974) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so it was stated that BCP PPS training had a positive and significant effect on the competence of PAUD teachers as PPS trainers in Java and East Indonesia. The BCP PPS training has been proven to have a significant impact on improving the competency of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers. Therefore, this training should be continued, as it meets the needs and is relevant to current conditions.
