Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran program FLS2N (Festival Lomba Seni Siswa Nasional) di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran sequential mixed methods atau metode campuran berurutan jenis Quant - Qual. Peneliti mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dan kualititaf di waktu yang berbeda untuk menguraikan atau memperluas temuan dari satu metode dengan metode lainnya. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket dengan statistik deskriftif sederhana, dan pengumpulan data kualitatif menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi metode narasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari ketiga kelompok responden, yaitu panitia, guru pendamping/pelatih, dan peserta, program FLS2N di subwilayah DKI Jakarta (Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Utara) adalah sangat baik. Hasil komponen context mencapai skor 91%, komponen input mencapai skor 88%, komponen process mencapai skor 90%, dan komponen product mencapai skor 98%. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaan program FLS2N masih ada hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, misalnya sosialisasi program dari pemerintah pusat, keterbatasan alat musik tradisional, pemahaman juknis yang belum seragam, dan keterbatasan guru seni budaya. Kata kunci: FLS2N, Evaluasi Program, CIPP, Seni SMP ***** The aim of this research is to know to determine the description of the FLS2N (Festival Lomba Seni Siswa Nasional) program in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used the CIPP evaluation model. This research used sequential mix methods or Quant - Qual mixed series method. This research collected quantitative and qualitative data at different times to broaden one method to another method. Quantitative data collection used questionnaires with simple descriptive statistics and qualitative data collection used interview method and narrative method. Based on the results of the research from three respondents, they are committee, coach and the participants of the FLS2N programme in DKI Jakarta sub region (South jakarta and North Jakarta) are very good. The result of component context reached a score of 91%, input component reached score of 88%, component product reached score 98%. Even though in implementation of the FLS2N programme there were still some things to improve, for example socialization from the central government, traditional music instrument limit, the different understanding of technical guidelines and art culture teacher limit.
