Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program TeSIS (Temu Sosial Ilmiah Smandel) di SMAN 8 Jakarta menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis melalui komponen Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi konteks, Program TeSIS sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah dan memiliki dasar pelaksanaan yang kuat. Komponen input menunjukkan perencanaan, sumber daya, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai dan mendukung. Pada komponen proses, pelaksanaan program berjalan aktif namun terdapat tahap pelaksanaan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam SOP. Komponen produk memperlihatkan dampak positif pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan karakter siswa. Hasil ini menjawab bahwa Program TeSIS mampu menjadi wadah pembelajaran sosial ilmiah yang relevan dan efektif, meskipun masih perlu penyesuaian dalam tahapan pelaksanaan agar lebih terstruktur. Kesimpulannya, Program TeSIS layak dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan pada SOP dan strategi pendampingan siswa, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak optimal bagi pengembangan akademik dan karakter siswa di masa depan. ***** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the TeSIS Program (Smandel Scientific Social Meeting) at SMAN 8 Jakarta using the CIPP evaluation model. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies analyzed through the Context, Input, Process, and Product components. The research results show that in terms of context, the TeSIS Program is in line with the school's needs and has a strong implementation foundation. The input component shows adequate and supportive planning, resources, and facilities. In the process component, the program's implementation is active, but there are stages of implementation that need improvement in the SOP. The product component shows a positive impact on students' knowledge, skills, and character. These results indicate that the TeSIS Program is capable of being a relevant and effective platform for social scientific learning, although adjustments are still needed in the implementation stages to make them more structured. In conclusion, the TeSIS Program is worthy of continuation with improvements to the SOP and student mentoring strategies, so that it can provide optimal impact on the academic and character development of students in the future.
