Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk video company profile sebagai media knowledge sharing bagi guru dan calon orang tua di TK Wijaya Kusuma II. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan di TK. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin dan Peck yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) desain, dan (3) pengembangan dan implementasi. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa dua video berdurasi sekitar 3-4 menit yang memuat informasi tentang sejarah sekolah, visi dan misi, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, program, serta bentuk kemitraan satuan PAUD dan guru dengan orang tua. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metode evaluasi formatif expert review yang dilakukan dengan ahli materi dan ahli media serta melakukan uji penguna dengan perorangan (one-to-one) dan kelompok kecil (small group). Hasil menunjukkan skor rata-rata ahli materi 3.80/4.00; ahli media 3.47/4.00; one-to-one 3.68/4.00: small group 3.78/4.00. Hasil data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa produk tergolong sangat baik dan layak digunakan./***** This development research aims to produce a company profile video as a knowledge-sharing medium for teachers and prospective parents at TK Wijaya Kusuma II. The background of this study is the low level of parental understanding regarding the educational system implemented at the kindergarten. The development model used is Hannafin and Peck, which consists of three stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, and (3) development and implementation. The final product comprises two videos, each lasting approximately 3–4 minutes, containing information about the school’s history, vision and mission, curriculum, facilities, programs, and the partnership between the early childhood education unit, teachers, and parents. The evaluation employed a formative evaluation method, including expert reviews by a content expert and a media expert, as well as user testing through one-to-one and small group trials. The results showed an average score of 3.80/4.00 from the content expert, 3.47/4.00 from the media expert, 3.68/4.00 in the one-to-one test, and 3.78/4.00 in the small group test. These findings indicate that the developed product is categorized as very good and is considered feasible for use.
