Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode Hypnoteaching berbantuan media kartu kata bergambar terhadap keterampilan menulis teks puisi siswa kelas VIII MTS Fajrul Islam. Penlitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 8 Mts Fajrul Islam. Dalam desain ini terdapat dua kelas yang dijadikan sampel, yaitu kelas 8A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas 8C sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil pemerolehan data terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan metode Hypnoteaching berbantuan media kartu kata bergambar. Rentang nilai tes awal menulis puisi pada siswa kelas eksperimen berapa pada nilai tertinggi 78 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 50,07. Rentang nilai tes akhir menulis teks puisi pada siswa eksperimen tertinggi berada pada 95 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,57. Selisih rata-rata antara nilai tes awal dan tes akhir adalah sebesar 26,50. Pemeroleh data di kelas eksperimen bahwa hasil uji t pada taraf signifikansi α= 0,05, menunjukkan angka 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan metode Hypnoteaching berbantuan media kartu kata bergambar terhadap keterampilan menulis teks puisi pada siswa kelas 8 Mts Fajrul Islam. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Hypnoteaching method assisted by picture word cards on the writing skills of poetry texts of class VIII students of MTS Fajrul Islam. This study uses a quantitative method. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this study was class 8 students of Mts Fajrul Islam. In this design there were two classes used as samples, namely class 8A as the experimental class and class 8C as the control class. The results of data acquisition showed a significant difference between before and after being given treatment with the Hypnoteaching method assisted by picture word cards. The range of initial poetry writing test scores for experimental class students was at the highest score of 78 with an average score of 50.07. The range of final poetry writing test scores for experimental students was highest at 95 with an average score of 76.57. The average difference between the initial and final test scores was 26.50. Data obtained in the experimental class showed that the t-test results at a significance level of α = 0.05 showed a value of 0.000, which was less than 0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting H1. Therefore, there is a significant effect of the use of the Hypnoteaching method assisted by picture word cards on the poetry writing skills of 8th-grade students at Mts Fajrul Islam.
