Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Data dikumpulkan dari 77 dosen melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi. Selain itu, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, yang memperkuat perannya sebagai variabel mediasi. Namun, iklim organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dosen, tetapi memberikan dampak tidak langsung melalui motivasi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen, serta menyarankan agar institusi mengembangkan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dan meningkatkan motivasi untuk mencapai hasil akademik yang lebih baik. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and path analysis. Data were collected from 77 lecturers through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly impacts lecturer performance, both directly and indirectly, through motivation. Additionally, motivation positively influences performance, reinforcing its role as a mediating variable. However, organizational climate does not have a direct effect on lecturer performance but exerts an indirect impact through motivation. These results highlight the critical role of leadership and motivation in improving lecturer performance and suggest that institutions should foster transformational leadership practices and enhance motivation to achieve better academic outcomes.
