Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis statistik pada regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling atau pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Populasi yang digunakan 242 pekerja dengan jumlah sampel 142 pekerja menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil survei melalui pengisian angket atau kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas); uji persyaratan analisis (uji normalitas dan uji linearitas); uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas); dan uji hipotesis (uji F, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: job insecurity, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi ***** This research aims to: 1) determine and analyze the influence of job insecurity on employee organizational commitment at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, 2) determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, and 3) determine and analyze the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment at PT PelabuhanIndonesia. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach through statistical analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25.0 as a tool. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The population consisted of 242 employees, with a sample of 142 employees determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through a survey using questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), analysis requirement tests (normality test and linearity test), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis tests (F test, T test, and coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has an influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has an influence on organizational commitment, and job insecurity and job satisfaction together influence organizational commitment.
