Abstract
Kesiapan kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi fokus utama dalam mengantisipasi ketatnya persaingan pasar tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman magang, motivasi kerja, dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner melalui google form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Program Studi Ekonomi dan Administrasi FEB Universitas Negeri Jakarta, meliputi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, Pendidikan Bisnis, dan Administrasi Perkantoran Digital dan untuk sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 197 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik sampel proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji normalitas dan linearitas menggunakan IBM SPSS statistics 25. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengalaman magang (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y). 2) Motivasi Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y). 3) Soft Skill memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y). 4) Pengalaman Magang (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), dan Soft skill (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai determinasi R² sebesar 0,74, yang mengindikasikan ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 74% variansi kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Analisis indikator mengungkapkan bahwa aspek pengetahuan kerja (job knowledge) dalam pengalaman magang memiliki persentase tertinggi. Demikian pula, indikator pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis pada motivasi kerja dan adaptabilitas pada soft skill merupakan yang tertinggi dibandingkan indikator lainnya di masing-masing variabel. Temuan ini menunjukkan efektivitas program magang dalam memberi pemahaman praktis dunia kerja, terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar mahasiswa, serta kemampuan adaptasi yang baik. Kata kunci: Kesiapan Kerja; Pengalaman Magang; Motivasi Kerja; Soft Skill **** Job readiness among university graduates has become a primary concern in response to the increasingly competitive labor market. This study aims to analyze the influence of internship experience, work motivation, and soft skills on students’ job readiness. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The population consists of students from the 2021 cohort of the Economics and Administration Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, which includes Economic Education, Office Administration Education, Business Education, and Digital Office Administration. A sample of 197 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique employed was probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collected are primary data. Data analysis techniques include instrument validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as normality and linearity tests using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.The findings reveal that: 1) Internship experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job readiness (Y) 2) Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job readiness (Y) 3) Soft skills (X3) have a positive and significant effect on job readiness (Y) 4.Internship experience (X1), work motivation (X2), and soft skills (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job readiness. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.74, indicating that the three variables collectively explain 74% of the variance in students’ job readiness. Indicator analysis shows that job knowledge within internship experience had the highest percentage. Similarly, physiological needs fulfillment within work motivation and adaptability within soft skills were the most prominent indicators in their respective variables. These findings underscore the effectiveness of internship programs in providing practical workplace understanding, fulfilling basic student needs, and enhancing adaptability.
