Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan bahan ajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Bintara Pendidikan Pengembangan Spesialisasi (Dikbangspes) Tindak Pidana Perempuan dan Anak di Diklat Reserse Lemdiklat Polri, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya penyediaan bahan ajar yang relevan, terstruktur, dan interaktif sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran, serta tingginya motivasi belajar siswa sebagai faktor internal yang berperan penting dalam pencapaian kompetensi profesional penyidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstruktur yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar sebagai pendukung data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan bahan terbuka (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (Y) dengan kontribusi sebesar 81,7%. Artinya, semakin optimal penggunaan bahan terbuka, semakin tinggi pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (Y) dengan kontribusi sebesar 83,9%, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar siswa, semakin baik hasil pembelajarannya. Secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 87,6% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran pada Dikbangspes sangat ditentukan oleh pemanfaatan bahan ajar yang efektif dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan bahan ajar yang inovatif serta program peningkatan motivasi belajar harus menjadi prioritas dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Lemdiklat Polri.***** This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of teaching materials and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students enrolled in the Specialization Development Education Program (Dikbangspes) for Women and Children Crimes at the National Police Research Training Center (Lemdiklat Polri), Bogor, West Java. The background of this study is based on the importance of providing relevant, structured, and interactive teaching materials as a supporting learning medium, as well as high student learning motivation as an internal factor that plays a crucial role in achieving professional investigator competence. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and multiple regression analysis techniques to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously. The study sample consisted of 100 students selected using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and documentation of learning outcomes served as supporting data. The results showed that the use of open-ended materials (X1) had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (Y), contributing 81.7%. This means that the more optimal the use of open-ended materials, the higher the student's learning outcomes. Learning motivation (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, contributing 83.9%, indicating that the higher a student's learning motivation, the better their learning outcomes. Simultaneously, these two variables contributed 87.6% to student learning outcomes. This finding confirms that the success of learning in the Special Education and Training Center (Dikbangspes) is largely determined by the use of effective teaching materials and strong learning motivation. Therefore, the development of innovative teaching materials and programs to increase learning motivation must be a priority in the implementation of education at the National Police Education and Training Center (Lemdiklat Polri).
