Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan pada peserta didik kelas XI-A di SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara, yaitu kurangnya efikasi diri dalam pembelajaran tari. Permasalahan ini terjadi karena beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam kemampuannya dan menganggap pembelajaran tari membosankan dan sangat sulit untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri pada pembelajaran tari melalui penerapan Quantum Learning dalam materi proses tahapan kreatif dalam koreografi tari kreasi. Menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dikemukakan oleh Kurt Lewin dan dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pra siklus sebesar 42,35, siklus I sebesar 74,08 dan siklus II sebesar 91,71. Selisih skor nilai antara pretest dan postest dari pra siklus ke siklus II pada aspek tingkat kesulitan tugas (magnitude) sebesar 53%, aspek kekuatan keyakinan (strenght) sebesar 47% dan aspek generalitas (generality) sebesar 49%. Berdasarkan kriteria gain ternormalisasikan diperoleh nilai skor 0,86 dan dinyatakan termasuk kriteria tinggi dan dikatakan efektif. Kesimpulannya bahwa penerapan Quantum Learning dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri yang signifikan dalam materi proses tahapan kreatif dalam membuat koreografi tari kreasi. Kata Kunci : Efikasi Diri, Quantum Learning, Pembelajaran Tari. ***** This study addresses the issue observed among students of Class XI-A at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara, namely the lack of self-efficacy in dance learning. This problem arises due to some students experiencing difficulties in their abilities and perceiving dance learning as boring and particularly challenging. The aim of this study is to improve students' self-efficacy in dance learning through the implementation of Quantum Learning in the material on the creative process stages in choreographing a dance composition. The study employed the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method proposed by Kurt Lewin and was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the average score increased from 42.35 in the pre-cycle to 74.08 in Cycle I and 91.71 in Cycle II. The difference in scores between the pretest and posttest from the pre-cycle to Cycle II for the task difficulty level (magnitude) aspect was 53%, belief strength (strength) aspect was 47%, and generality aspect was 49%. Based on the normalized gain criteria, a score of 0.86 was obtained, which is categorized as high and considered effective. In conclusion, the implementation of Quantum Learning significantly improves students' self-efficacy in the material on the creative process stages of choreographing a dance composition.
